Lady Bird (2017) is a coming-of-age comedy-drama film written and directed by Greta Gerwig. The story takes place in Sacramento, California, in 2002, about a high-school senior (Lady Bird) and her rocky relationship with her mother.

The key art from the movie poster was adapted to the cover. Using key shots from the film, the song tracks and images were designed for the inside gatefold of the vinyl packaging.
